Limerick Animal Welfare
My mum works with Limerick Animal Welfare, so often there'd be a two week old kitten at home that we'd have to bottle feed every two hours and wrap it up with a hot water bottle. I'd help her out with that a lot. Sometimes we'd be out on the streets for them. That's what I find myself doing some weekends! I like heading out to Killaloe when I get the chance as well, I suppose it just boils down to what's going on and who's around.

Competing in Miss Ireland
It's exciting, but nerve wracking at the same time. But it's great craic. We were up in Dublin for a photocall there, and all the girls in Miss Ireland were lovely. I know Miss Clare Aoife Gallagher quite well too, so it's great to kind of go up with someone you know. Marion Murphy-Cooney is making my dress for me. I'm collecting that this evening, I can't wait to see it. I'll try my best, you know, I'll do Limerick proud. But some of the girls are stunning. I don't even know what I'd do if I won. That'd be incredible.

Karate
I'm not really mad into a sport. But I've a purple belt in karate. I must get back into it now, I kind of left it off when I was doing my Leaving Cert. I'm originally from Galway, so I started it there when I was about 12. I'd love to get my black belt one day. It's a great way to keep fit, because you don't realise just how good exercise it is.

Trinity Rooms
I don't really have a favourite pub. I love Trinity Rooms - they gave me free membership for the year there recently so I have to say that! I much prefer going out in town. Castletroy can be kind of quiet; there's such a better buzz in the city. We'd always end up in Trinity Rooms really. I was in Nancy Blake's on a Friday for the first time there recently, it was pretty cool too. I've been going out more than ever since I got Miss Limerick. Loads of people have come up to me, saying congratulations. That's been great craic.

Aubars, Thomas Street
I love Aubars, there's good food in there. that whole stretch of Thomas Street is very cool. I love Luigi Malone's as well, I almost forgot about that one! The chicken wings in there are beautiful. The mixture of food in there is great. I mean, if you go to a Chinese it's all kind of the same. I don't like Chinese food at all to be honest.

Celia Holman-Lee

I don't mean to be biased now, but she's done so much for Limerick. She's turned it into a little fashion capital, she really has. She promotes it so well; it comes so natural to her to talk well about where she's from. She's self-made, and she's done herself and Limerick proud. I really admire her.

Winning Miss Limerick
I remember the morning afterward, it still hadn't dawned on me. When I was on stage that night, I didn't know they called my name. I had to ask another girl if that was my name! I went up and got all emotional. It was very cheesy. I was beaming for days after it. I was delighted Aoife won Miss Clare as well. She's a lovely girl. The two of us had a great night. I had wanted to go for it for ages, but I was too young. I'm only turning 19 at the end of the month. But I was delighted when Celia asked me to go for it. It worked out very well!
